  • The product is returned with original packaging

  • All included accessories (if any) are returned

If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • Another available item, or

  • A refund as per the refund policy

Delivery Cost (For Exchanges)

For all exchanges, delivery / re-shipping charges will be applied and must be paid by the customer.


3) Important Conditions

  • Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

  • Requests after the allowed timeframe will not be entertained.
